About

Christine Lynn Chen, MD is a physician, artist, and visual communicator. As the proud daughter of a family of immigrants, she has always been curious about the multiple worlds she grew up in. This foundation has guided both her pursuit of medicine and her creative endeavors.

She graduated from Stanford University where she studied Human Biology with a focus on health equity and science communication. She then spent several years working on health education design before starting medical school at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She is now an Internal Medicine Resident Physician at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

When she’s not working in the hospital or on creative projects, she enjoys reading novels in a tree somewhere, hosting board game nights with friends, and trying to make sense of this weird, wonderful, and humbling thing called life.
